The Pathways/NorthCare Network has a new Chief Executive Officer. Gail Hall replaces Doug Morton, who is retiring after nearly 30 years with the agency. Hall most recently served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer under Morton. Pathways provides mental health services in Alger, Delta, Luce, and Marquette counties. As Northcare Network, it's also responsible for managing Medicaid funds for public mental health services in the U.P., and substance abuse funding for the eight eastern counties of the Upper Peninsula.
