Escanaba developing waterfront plan
City Manager Jim O'Toole says officials are looking at the proposal and analyzing how it fits in with the city's strategic waterfront plan. He says it's still too early in the process to know how the plan could benefit Escanaba, and officials have more questions about it than answers.
O'Toole says the city strategic plan is just now being put together. Officials will meet with the planning commission and consultants to develop the details.
