The Copper Country Community Arts Council has provided funds for art projects in six counties of the Western Upper Peninsula. The counties include Houghton,Keweenaw, Baraga, Ontonagon, Gogebic, and Iron Mountain. A panel of individuals from each county evaluate all funding proposals. Some of the funded projects include;Keweenaw Krayons, Crystal Falls Contemporary Center, Copper Country Suzuki Association, Carnegie Museum, Iron County Historical and Museum Society, and Calumet Players. © Copyright 2013, wnmu
