A plan has been passed that may enable property owners of landlocked land parcels access to their property. The House of Representatives passed the plan from State Representative Steve Lindberg, a freshman lawmaker, of the Marquette area. It was the first bill to be introduced by him. Lindberg says his bill would clarify when residents have the right to an easement over state property.
