Nine Upper Peninsula residents are preparing to go cross-country skiing--across Finland. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 290-mile tour, which takes skiers from Russia's border across Finland to Sweden. About 400 skiers are expected to take part. Frida Waara of Marquette is among those leaving for Finland on sunday.
