LSSU students campaign against hate
SOFD members have been distributing anti-hate buttons and handouts on what people can do in their own lives to prevent prejudice. They're also passing around a petition that pledges to speak out again prejudice and hatred whenever it's encountered.
Mauldin says the campaign was spurred by anti-gay killings in the west and genocide in the Darfur region of the Sudan.
