One person is injured, following a snowmobile accident in Houghton County. The Sheriff's Office says the incident occurred Saturday around 12:35 p.m. near Trail #3 in Adams Township. Officials say Matthew Arnold of Mankato, Minnesota was riding a pole line with a group of friends when he drove over a hill and became airborne. Arnold's sled landed on Kyle Brende, also of Mankato. Brende was taken to Portage Hospital for treatment of his injuries. His snowmobile sustained minor damage.
