A successor has been named to St. Peter Cathedral pastor Monsignor Louis Cappo. Cappo died in December, after serving as rector for 32 years. Father Michael Steber of Escanaba will assume the post. He's served as pastor of St. Anne Parish there since 1998, and was also an associate pastor at St. Peter Cathedral from 1986 to 1990.
