An Indiana man is injured, following a snowmobile accident in Houghton County. The Sheriff's Department says the incident occurred Saturday around 4:25 p.m. off South Freda Trail 120 in Adams Township. Carl Hartzsock, 30, of Michigan City, Indiana, failed to negotiate a corner, struck a tree, and was ejected from the machine. He was taken to Portage Health Systems where he was treated for his injuries. Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
