Escanaba crack dealer gets years in prison
(2007-12-26)
(wnmu) - An Escanaba crack dealer has been sentenced in federal court. The charge arose from an investigation involving an undercover purchase of crack cocaine from Timothy Mounts, 33, by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team. A search warrant executed at Mounts' residence in October of 2005 revealed prepackaged crack, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and Ecstasy tablets. Mounts was sentenced to 60 months in prison, four years of supervised release, and 320 hours of community service upon his release.
