Public Radio 90 will offer limited programming Thursday morning. Northern Michigan University is performing electrical work in the Learning Resources Center beginning at 5:00 a.m. Eastern time. The outage will allow engineers to work on Public TV 13's new Master Control room. While the radio station will air BBC World Update and Morning Edition, it will not stream over the internet or be broadcast on Charter Cable channel 20. Public TV 13 will be off the air during that time. Engineers expect normal programming to resume around 8:00 a.m.
