The City of Menominee has partnered with a state economic development group. The Michigan Economic Development Corporation has signed partnerships with 135 economic groups and communities across the state. They include 18 other U.P. organizations. Officials say the goal of the partnerships is to encourage collaboration, promote economic development, and create jobs.
