Four people were slightly injured, following a two-vehicle accident in Marquette Township. Troopers from the Negaunee post say the incident occurred Sunday on US-41 across from Culver's Restaurant. Irene Niemi of Marquette was attempting to cross the highway to the parking lot when her vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by Mikael Mason of Ann Arbor. Niemi's vehicle rolled over, trapping her and her passenger. The drivers and two passengers were taken to Marquette General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Niemi was cited for Failure to Yield.
