An Iron County man drowned while fishing over the weekend. The Sheriff's Office says John Gaddy, 51, of Stambaugh Township was on Indian Lake Saturday. He had apparently come back to the boat access dock around 8:15 p.m. when the boat went adrift. Gaddy swam out into the lake to retrieve the boat, but floundered. Divers were able to recover his body at around 1:30 Sunday morning.© Copyright 2013, wnmu
