An Ishpeming man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child. City Police say Bobby Jo Parsley, 25, allegedly engaged in sexual penetration with a five-year-old girl. He was arrested Thursday night and lodged in the Marquette County Jail, where he remains on a $25,000 bond. Parsley is charged with First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, punishable by up to life in prison. A preliminary hearing is set for July 31 in Ishpeming District Court.© Copyright 2013, wnmu
