U.P. men plead to gun charges

(wnmu) - Two Upper Peninsula men have pleaded guilty to federal firearms charges. Jesse McGraw is accused of breaking into Wilderness Sports in Ishpeming on May 10 and stealing six handguns. Jason Tolen then took possession of the guns, knowing they were stolen. McGraw has pleaded to Theft of Firearms from a Federal Firearms Licensee, and Tolen to Possession of Stolen Firearms. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is set for October 19. © Copyright 2013, wnmu
