Keweenaw National Historical Park officials have announced the appointment of a new park superintendent. James Corless, was chosen for his planning background and his experience working with non-federal partnerships. Tom Baker is the management assistant at Keweenaw National Historical Park. He says Corless' familiarity with current developmental stages of the park is an enormous factor in his appointment. Baker says Corless does not have any major plans for the park yet, but wishes to spend some time getting familiar with the Keweenaw.© Copyright 2013, wnmu
