A 30-year-old Upper Peninsula military recruiter who admitted to offering to help a 16-year-old girl get into the U.S. Army in exchange for oral sex has received a year in an jail. Army Sergeant Robert W. Scott also must serve five years' probation. He got credit for 85 days already served in the Gogebic County Jail. Scott pleaded guilty April 17 to a count of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Assault and faced up to five years in prison.© Copyright 2013, wnmu
