A downstate man accused of kidnapping his children from their foster parents has been arrested in the Upper Peninsula. Officials say 31-year-old David Freeman of Holland allegedly took his 13-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter from their home, then drove north. He was apprehended without incident Tuesday afternoon at Porcupine Mountain State Park in Ontonagon County. Authorities say the children were not harmed. © Copyright 2013, wnmu
