Bay College has chosen Dr. Patrick D. Kennedy as the Executive Dean for their West Campus. Kennedy will answer directly to the President and make sure operations on the West Campus correspond with the main campus in Escanaba. Kennedy has a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois-Champagne, and a Masters in Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. He currently serves as Dean of Arts, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Physical Education at Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, Illinois.
