NEGAUNEE, MI
(wnmu) -
Two people were injured, following a two-vehicle accident in Negaunee. City Police say the incident occurred Monday around 3:30 p.m. on Maas Street near US-41. A minivan driven by Hilda Broeders, 29, of Ishpeming was attempting to pull onto Maas street from a parking lot when it was hit on the driver's side by a westbound SUV driven by Cory Jandron, 20, of Negaunee. Broeders and her 10-year-old son were taken to Bell Hospital, where they were treated and released. Neither Jandron nor Broeders' 5-year-old daughter were injured. Broeders was found to be at fault for failing to yield. © Copyright 2013, wnmu
