Gwinn voters have defeated a ballot proposal for the school district. Officials had proposed 3.7 mills over 30 years, which would have raised 17.9 million dollars for repairs and construction projects for the Gwinn Area Community School District. 1,230 residents voted against the proposal Tuesday, while 650 approved it. © Copyright 2013, wnmu
