The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team has seized several pounds of marijuana in a drug bust in Escanaba. The search warrant was conducted Thursday on the 3100 block of 14th Avenue South. Detectives found ten pounds of marijuana, cash, firearms, evidence of sales and use, and information linking outside conspirators to the network of dealers. Detectives anticipate making several arrests in connection with the case. Meanwhile, later in the day, UPSET officials made three arrests in a different investigation.
