Marquette Social dot-com now online MARQUETTE, MI (wnmu) - A new social networking site meant for use by and for people from and in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan has been created. Marquette Social dot-com is the brainchild of Jay White, and experienced web and networking designer and developer. White has created this site to give the U-P and its residents a location to share their talents and gifts, and to promote the region as a tourist destination. A public launch party is taking place Thursday (April 1st) at 7pm at L'Attitudes Cafe and Bistro in downtown Marquette.
