Two snowmobilers die on Mackinac Island
Police say Schwarck's husband reported them missing at 10:15 p.m. Sunday. Their bodies were found after 2 a.m. Monday. Police say alcohol was not a factor in their deaths.

The bodies of two Michigan sisters have been found at the bottom of a steep hill on Mackinac Island. Island Police say Island resident Karen Schwarck, 59, and Edith Bonno, 57, of Canton Township in Wayne County were snowmobiling Sunday when they apparently rode over the edge of the West Bluff. The women were out on a photography excursion.Police say Schwarck's husband reported them missing at 10:15 p.m. Sunday. Their bodies were found after 2 a.m. Monday. Police say alcohol was not a factor in their deaths.
