Did you ever wonder where the names for some of Marquette’s streets came from? Historic photographs and stories told by Jim Koski and Rosemary Michelin will reveal the origins of streets named after French explorers, U.S. Presidents, Civil War generals, esteemed citizens and more. What became of Morton, Mt. Vernon, Specular and Superior streets? Find out about your neighborhood! Artifacts will be shown, as well as historical maps and photographs. $5 Suggested donation.
