Enjoy a Sunday afternoon cello/piano concert at Peter White Public Library showcasing the dual talents of cellist, Andrew LaCombe, and pianist, Ryan Ford, on Sunday, March 10 at 2:00 pm in the library’s community room. The recital will include several classical works for piano and cello, including Beethoven's Cello Sonata in A Major. LaCombe attended Lawrence University earning a Bachelor of Music degree in cello performance and a minor in government. He returned home to Marquette and works as an anchor/reporter/producer at WLUC-TV6. Ryan Ford attended Escanaba High School and graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education. He is an ordained priest serving at St. Peter’s Cathedral and continues to play piano, organ and trumpet. There is no admission charge to the concert thanks to sponsorship by the Carroll Paul Memorial Trust Fund of the Peter White Public Library.
