Camp Washington Improves the Neighborhood One House at a Time "HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY" (WNKU) - The housing and mortgage crisis has people acroos the country searching for ways to upgrade and improve their neighborhoods. That's something the Camp Washington Community Board has been doing for more than thirty years. They buy run-down dilapidated homes, renovate them and resell them for a fair market price.
