NAACP Says It Has Enough Signatures to Place Water Works Issue on Ballot
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KENTUCKY
(WNKU) -
The Cincinnati branch of the NAACP and AFSCME say they have collected enough valid signatures to place another city charter amendment on the November ballot. If the measure is passed this fall, the city would not be allowed to change the status of the Greater Cincinnati Water Works without first going to the voters. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg reports.
