Hunger in Idaho BOISE, ID (idaho) - Idaho remains one of the hungriest states in the country but it's doing slightly better when it comes to getting food to those who need it. According to a recent U-S Department of Agriculture study, Idaho is the 13th hungriest state in the country. That's improvement compared to last year's ranking of 8th hungriest.
