On The Waterfront artist Randy Sabien's new sound DEKALB, IL (wnij) - One of the performers at On the Waterfront will be long-time Rockford favorite Randy Sabien. Sabien has performed many times at the festival, as well as in Charlotte's Web concerts, and J-R Sullivan's Hometown Holiday shows. This weekend, he showcases his new band, and his new sound.
