The hunting of a candidate DEKALB, IL (wnij) - Illinois' primary is just about a month away and candidates in the 14th Congressional District are pushing their names for their party's nomination. That is, almost all of the candidates. There's still one who's an unknown not only to voters, but also to the other candidates, political insiders, and even elections officials.
