Local cop helps train Iraqi police

NIU police chief Donald Grady spent a year in Iraq, advising the Interior Minister on how to create a democratic police force. Grady is an expert in rebuilding police forces in war-torn nations, especially those with ethnic and religious divisions. In an interview with WNIJ's Dan Klefstad, Grady discusses the results of his work in Iraq, and the country's future.
