Indian gaming impact: Sokaogon Chippewa and Forest County Potawatomi
MILWAUKEE, WI
(wuwm) -
Our series on gambling in Wisconsin continues, with a look at the impact Indian gaming has had on two Wisconsin tribes. WUWM's Anna Panoka recently visited the Crandon area in Northeast Wisconsin, home to the Sokaogon Chippewa community of Mole Lake, and the Forest County Potawatomi. The tribes opened casinos in the early 1990's, and Panoka found that much of the impact, has been positive. (Aired 5/12/05)
