DeKalb doctors pressure state DEKALB, IL (wnij) - The state's budgeting decisions could put the health care plans of many Northern Illinois University employees at risk. Local doctors have sent a letter to state officials saying they cannot afford to wait much longer for the state to reimburse them for medical services provided to state employees.
