| The key to successfully incorporating LEED requirements into a project’s contract documents is the preparation of the Division 01 General Requirements sections of the specifications. The Division 01 specification sections apply to all technical specification sections in Divisions 02-49 and set the stage for administration of the LEED certification efforts during bidding and construction. In this presentation, attendees will learn what LEED provisions to include in Division 01 specification sections, how these provisions are linked to the technical specifications, and how LEED provisions in Part 3 Execution of the technical specifications assist in the LEED certification process without interfering with the contractor’s means and methods. |
