| Come for a women’s wellness hour with a different experience each month! Denise and friends will guide you through core & pelvic floor exercises, using a foam roll for releasing tension and improving core strength and posture, yoga, Feldenkrais, and fun! These functional exercise classes will introduce you to core and pelvic floor strengthening, breathing and stretching techniques, and target all the essential muscles to tone your legs, waist, thighs and abdominal muscles. This class is appropriate for women of all ages and abilities and will include standing, sitting and mat work exercises, plus a chance to try exercise equipment like a ball, band, foam roll and more. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. |
