The session on legal and financial advice has been canceled due to weather . It will be re-scheduled. Families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias can better prepare for their loved ones’ long-term care future by attending an upcoming legal and financial program hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association-Central Illinois Chapter’s Rock River Branch in Dixon. An attorney will discuss patient rights, estate planning, Power of Attorney, guardianship and other related issues. There also will be time for specific questions from participants.
