Collins to Speak at RNC this Evening BUFFALO (wned) - Erie County Executive Chris Collins is scheduled to speak tonight at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Collins' speech has been moved to 7:57 p.m. Eastern time.

Party officials say Collins will focus on local government and the importance of helping victims of Hurricane Gustav, not government reform as originally planned.

Collins was scheduled to speak Tuesday evening, but things changed after the first night of the convention was scaled back because of Hurricane Gustav.
