Two Girls Shot on Sprenger Avenue BUFFALO (wned) - Buffalo Police continue to investigate the shooting of a 13-year-old girl and her 7-year-old sister outside their home on Sprenger Avenue Monday night.

Police say the girls were shot around 9:30 p.m. in the Schiller Park neighborhood after a vehicle pulled up and someone opened fire.

Police say the 13-year-old was shot several times with bird shot and remains in in serious but stable condition at ECMC. The 7-year-old was grazed with bird shot and was treated at Women and Childrens Hospital.

The shooting occurred a few blocks away from where a 14-year-old girl was fatally shot last week. A 17-year-old boy has been charged in her death.
