BUFFALO (wned) - Founded in 1873 by Edward H. Butler and owned today by billionaire investor Warren Buffett, The Buffalo News continues its role of keeping the community informed on events of the day; shaping views, and, perhaps, one's politics.

Most would probably agree that despite the paper's financial problems and the many challenges newspapers are facing today, the Buffalo News fulfills its role superbly.

But what about "tomorrow?"

In part two of his series, "Changing Times Meet the Press", WNED's Mark Leitner examines how the News is coping today and what tomorrow may bring for the paper that many Buffalonians have grown up with.
