Turkey Trot Ready for 114th Run

BUFFALO (wned) - The oldest continuous foot race in America is the Buffalo Turkey Trot, which will follow tradition with its 114th running on Thanksgiving morning.

A half-dozen runners competed in the initital race. Now, thousands will take to the streets in one of the region's most enduring and beloved traditions.

Kathy Vallone of the Buffalo Niagara YMCA provided details to WNED News.
