JoAnn Falletta The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra's Classics Season gets underway Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Kleinhans Music Hall at 8pm with an Opening Night Gala, featuring violinists Gil Shaham and Adele Anthony playing Bach, and the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus joining the orchestra for Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, the "Ode to Joy."
