Following an initial cocktail hour, Bravo! Chef Shawn Hagen will demonstrate cooking a Tuscan-inspired entree: sausage-stuffed chicken with vegetables and wild-mushroom risotto (vegetarian option available) followed by a mascarpone tiramisu parfait dessert as members/guests socialize to benefit the Women's Education Coalition through sponsorships and donations.
