World powers test Iran's will to end nuclear row
GENEVA (Reuters) - Major world powers will sound out Iran's readiness to negotiate an end to the long dispute over its nuclear program on Saturday.

U.S., Iraq to set "time horizon" on troop cuts
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki have agreed to set a "time horizon" for reducing U.S. forces in Iraq, despite Bush's long opposition to deadlines for troop withdrawals.
