| The Southern is hosting a concert to benefit the Charlottesville Jazz Society's student master class and workshop funds. Performances will take place in both The Southern's bar area and on the main stage, and will feature new groups such as Tenor Madness (with Bobby Read and Charles Owens) and Jamal Millner's Jimi Hendrix Tribute band will play, along with long time favorites such as Inner Rhythm and The John D'earth Quintet. All proceeds go to the Charlottesville Jazz Society. |
