Obama advisor says gap between rich and poor must be narrowed
Jared Bernstein, who works for the Economic Policy Institute, says the United States must try to bridge the gap between the rich and the middle and lower classes.
Bernstein says the next president must implement a tax structure similar to that of the Clinton era which taxes the rich more heavily.
