Secretary of State Division of Charitable Solicitations CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS Any person or group that appeals to the public for support of its charitable cause is a "charitable organization". Persons or organizations that intend to solicit donations must register before asking the public for contributions. Excluded from the requirement to register are religious institutions and affiliated groups; educational institutions and supporting organizations; volunteer fire departments, rescue squads and local civil defense organizations; and, organizations that receive contributions less than $30,000 annually. Come ride with us on a nostalgic trip to when times were simpler and not so hurried. Tennessee Central Railway Museum's classic traditional American streamlined passenger train will take you on a relaxing trip back to the 1950s, the Golden Era of American passenger train travel. However, some nefarious souls are planning murder most foul and the mystery will unfold right in your own car. To top off this evening of nostalgia, Watertown's restaurants will be open for evening dining along with some other activities for everyone to enjoy. Order your tickets soon!
