Gustav evacuees in Ky ready to return home LOUISVILLE, KY (wkyu) - Louisville has been home to some 1,400 Hurricane Gustav evacuees from the Gulf Coast region. They've been sleeping on cots in the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, waiting for the first opportunity to return home.
