Ky Chamber proposes new collective way to pay for higher ed BOWLING GREEN, KY (wkyu) - The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is proposing a new approach for students to pay for higher education. The Guaranteed Affordability Program would include resources from students, their families, universities, and the state to help cover costs.
